With 20+ years of commercial experience, my career has evolved as I’ve grown in a shifting industry. My path led me from design agencies to design leadership roles in product & service environments. In recent years I have focused on research and strategy, motivated by the value of HCD. I have learned from others in the field and by doing.
An advocate of human-centred design, I lead teams on design thinking. I work with end-users, SME’s and stakeholders to leverage insights and contextual understanding. Through team collaboration, I co-create business value and experiences with the user at the heart.
