Design prodcution - product spec to UX/UI
Product scale up for a SaaS start-up, working in the public sector procurement space.
My role was UX & UI lead, working closely with the founders and 2 software engineers.
Approach: 4 weekly sprints working with a product owner founder and 2 developers. Specifications were translated into a clickable wireframe prototype to validate with stakeholders, followed by a sprint on key-screens with a styleguide for developer handover.
