I’m a Research & Service Design Lead with 20+ years’ experience, evolving from product design into research and service design. I work at both strategic and practical levels, aligning business goals with user needs, uncovering insights, mapping journeys and systems, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
I've worked across healthcare, fintech, retail, energy, news media, and government, with design agencies, consultancies, in-house teams, start-ups, and the public sector. This has given me a broad perspective on how design can provide services that improve real lives.
